Celebrate the Boston Tea Party, or just property destruction in general, with the Boston Tea Party Scented Candle.

The Boston Tea Party Scented Candle smells like iced tea, because that’s what it smells like when you dump 46 tons of tea into Boston Harbor during a New England winter. (If you don’t believe us, try dumping 46 tons of tea into Boston Harbor and prove us wrong!)

Light it and watch as the pool of wax turns brown—just like the water in Boston Harbor turned brown after it was filled with delicious tea—and contemplate how grateful you are to live in a country that upholds the principle of “no taxation without representation.” (Unless you live in Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. Sorry guys!)

Good enough to throw in the ocean in 1773

I bought this because I have an unhealthy relationship with the Revolutionary War. This candle is first of all very funny, which is the top thing I look for in a candle, but it also smells really good. Almost makes me want to burn it.

Would buy more.
