Shipping policy

  • Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days, except during the holidays or if you just read about us in a news story and/or viral social media post (in which case, please allow 1-2 weeks). 
  • Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, which takes 1-4 business days to arrive, depending on where you live. (As a general rule, shipping to the Midwest takes 1-2 business days, and shipping to the East Coast/West Coast takes 3-4 business days.)
  • If you need your order to arrive a specific date, please send us an email or include a note with your order! We'll do everything we can to make it happen.
  • Domestic shipping is free for orders of two or more candles.
