Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused candles. (Well, maybe not "gladly." But don't worry—we totally get it!) Just contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and send the item(s) to:

Once we've received it, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment. (Please note that sometimes it takes credit card companies a few days to post refunds. What is up with that, credit card companies?)

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Be forewarned: We ship pretty quickly! That is one of the things that makes us so great.
